Who we are
Southernmerri Property Services provides property services in Cape Coral for homeowners who want one trusted team for everything around the house. We are Merri and Marco, the people behind Southernmerri. With an eye for detail, hands on experience and a shared passion for quality, we started this company to make life easier for others.
Originally from Europe and now living full time in Southwest Florida, we know what it means to look after a home from a distance and in a subtropical climate. Humidity, storms and long absences place special demands on every property. That is why we combine home watch, handyman work and cleaning into one service. We treat each home in Cape Coral as if it were our own and communicate clearly so our clients always know what is going on.

Born in Denmark and raised in Switzerland, I have felt connected to Florida for many years. I am passionate about structure, cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment. I love it when everything feels fresh, smells clean and looks just right. Marco · Hands-on and detail-focused handyman
Originally from Switzerland and now settled in Florida, I have always enjoyed working with my hands. From auto bodywork to home renovations and furniture assembly, I have built a wide range of skills over the years. I especially enjoy fixing, improving and maintaining things, both inside and outside the home. When I finish a job, I do not just want it to work, I want it to be better than before and to last for a long time.
